1) About us
Chintya Iyer is the Creative Director and founder CEO of the “INTISH By Chintya” brand. She has created a multi designer store, housing not only her chic ready-to-wear sophisticated lines but pure elegant collections by emerging star designers from all over India. Chintya has a global following of her designs with vintage detailing and contemporary styles. She has selectively curated some very fresh, young and new styles incorporating the traditional clothing of the Indian women.
Fun, flirty and feminine, INTISH by Chintya, is a fashion label inspired by vintage sensibilities and accentuated with a modern aesthetic. The collections embrace and are inspired by a touch of floral accentuated with a burst of colour and a sprinkle of sparkle. Chintya’s impeccable attention to intricate details excite fashion sensitivity among fashionistas.
The collection consists of lines with designs which draws you to trade the not-so-comfy off the rack clothes for stylish custom made ensembles.
3)Delivery And Return policy
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and or undamaged. Goods purchased must be returned in their original packaging. We will not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at shop@intish.in and obtain a return authorisation number. Customers can also call +917358063689. Our phone lines are open from 11am - 6pm IST from Monday to Saturday.
All orders in India and from abroad are shipped through reputed courier companies. Orders will generally be shipped within 10 working days, unless specially mentioned otherwise. We will provide you with all shipping or courier details upon shipment.
INTISH By Chintya is not responsible for any delivery delays by the courier company. We are not responsible for any damages caused during the transit. You may request product and transit insurance at additional cost.
If you wish to return an item, charges will be applicable for the same. We will not pay for return shipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
3) Terms and conditions (Returns & exchange)
Customers who wish to exchange their products for a different product will be issued a credit with which a new purchase can be made only under the following terms and conditions :
- Goods must be returned within 7 days. Returned should be unused, with all product tags intact and attached. Goods that are not in its original condition will not be accepted.
- All accessories once sold will not be exchanged under any circumstances
- Any goods that appear damaged when received must be informed to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. You can intimate us by email or phone and a reference number obtained.
- Color shades of fabrics on the website may differ due to photography, lighting or computer monitor display etc. and we shall not guarantee an exact match.

- For a custom made outfit from “Intish by Chintya” a full payment is required.
- Custom made orders are non- cancellable and non- returnable
- Garments that require sizing can be sent back within 7 days for sizing related issues by emailing us on shop@intish.in.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
